  1. Go to the Project settings page → Workflows → Actions → click Edit.
  2. Go to Validators on the selected transition → click Add condition.
  3. Locate SLA metric state validator by SLA PowerBox → Add.
  4. Select the SLA metric.
  5. Pick the SLA state(s) in which the validator is True.
  6. Add the message to be displayed in case of validation failure (optional).
  7. Click Add and publish the workflow.
