1. Locate the desired Teams channel → click on three horizontal dots and select Workflows → Manage.
2. Press "New Flow" button at the right-top corner of the page → Create from blank.                                                                                                 
3. Choose a Trigger: When a Teams webhook is received.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
4. Select "Anyone" in "Who can trigger the flow?" field → add New step.                                                                                                                                                                                 
5. Select Action: Post card in a chat or channel.
   1. Post as → Flow bot.
   2. Post in → choose Team and Channel to which the card will be posted.
   3. Adaptive card - paste the JSON for your card. Example: @{triggerOutputs()?['body']}
6. Click Save and copy the Connector URL from the Trigger .  to be used in configuration on Jira's side.
