For some combination of language/locale of web browser and JIRA sometimes occurs problem with number formatting. F.e. wrong number of commas or possibility to write letters in number field.
By default number formatting is disabled and Secure Number behaves like standard JIRA number custom field. If you enable formatting and you encounter any of this problems please disable formatting and contact us with some basic information about your environment like: JIRA locale, web browser locale, web browser, operating system keyboard layout - if different than QWERTY.
