SLA Calendar defines working days and hours for SLA PowerBox Metric's time calculation. SLA PowerBox Metric takes days off, non-working hours and/or special working hours into account while calculating the remaining time.
Each SLA Goal can have multiple calendars assigned depemding on your business needs.
Creating

Calendar
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Calendars to open the created calendars page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla calendars - Click Create button.
- Fill in Name and Description fields.
- Select Time zone from the drop down list.
- Set Working days and hours
Use the tabs to precisely determine working hours: choose standard working hours, days off and special working hours
- Click Create button to confirm.
Editing Calendar
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Calendars to open Created calendars page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla calendars - Select desired calendar and click Edit button in Options section.
- Edit parameters and confirm with Edit button.
Deleting Calendar
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Calendars to open Created calendars page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla calendars - Select desired calendar and click Delete button in Options section.
- Confirm with Delete button.
