SLA Calendar defines work working days and hours for SLA METRIC PowerBox Metric's time calculation. SLA METRIC PowerBox Metric takes days off, non-working hours and/or special working hours into account while calculating the remaining time.
Each SLA Goal can use have multiple calendars in accordance to the assigned depemding on your business needs.
Creating SLA Calendar
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose
> Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Calendars to open the created calendars page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla calendars - Click Create button.
- Fill in Name and Description Field fields.
- Select time Time zone from the drop down list.
- Set work Working days and hours Use the tabs to precisely determine working hours: choose standard working hours, days off and special working hours
- Click Create button to confirm.
