SLA Agreements are containers that combine parameters including SLA Metric, SLA Configuration Behaviours and SLA Goals, so that you can manage your SLAs and their requirements in JIRA.

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose Image RemovedImage Added > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements.
2. Click the Add SLA Agreement button.
3. Fill in Name, and Description fields, select SLA Metric, SLA Configuration, SLA Goal. Click Create.

    Selecting SLA Metric, SLA configuration and SLA Goal is required. If they are not defined a message will appear as shown below:

2. Click Edit button in the Options section.

/ Deleting SLA Configuration

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose Image RemovedImage Added > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements.
2. Click Edit/ Delete button in button in the Options Operations section.
3. Confirm deletingyour choice.
