  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA ConfigurationsGoals to open the SLA Configurations Goals page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla configurationsgoals
  2. Click the Add SLA Configurations buttonGoal button.
  3. Fill in Name and Description fields
  4. Add actions (Read more) that respond to JIRA Issue Events
  5. Click Create button
  6. Define Issues using JQL and determine remaining time for them (goal)
    (info) Tip: Issues will be checked from the top to the bottom and assigned to a time target based on the first matching JQL statement.Created Actions for specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:
