SLA PowerBox adds new tabs to Activity section where you will be able to view full report of SLA History, either in text or graphic form.History is a new tab in the Activity section in the view issue screen added by SLA PowerBox. SLA History shows detailed log information to track when SLA PowerBox Metric was started, paused and/or resumed. SLA History is available in text and graphic forms.
