Konfiguracja mechanizm jest bardzo prosta. Wystarczy wybrać zdefiniowaną wcześniej umowę SLA i wskazać atrybut, który ma być monitorowany. Odpowiednie dane pojawią się na zakładce SLA Analytics (including history created before SLA Analytics was enabled).
Adding new SLA Analytics Metric
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Analytics to open the SLA Analytics page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla analytics. - Click the Add new Analytics Metric button.
- Fill in Metric name, select SLA Agreement and select Field on which time value per status will be accounted.
Please note that SLA Agreement chosen will define SLA Calendar used for time calculation.
Editing SLA Analytics Metric
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Analytics to open existing SLA Analytics page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla analytics - Select desired SLA Analytics Metric and click Edit button in Options section.
- Edit parameters and confirm with Edit button.
Deleting SLA Analytics Metric
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Analytics to open existing SLA Analytics page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla analytics - Select desired SLA Analytics Metric and click Delete button in Options section.
- Confirm with Delete button.
