SLA Behaviours define the SLA Metric fields' behaviour in response to JIRA Jira issue events. The SLA Metric's state is dependent on JIRA Jira issue events. Use SLA Behaviours to set JIRA Jira issue events triggering specific SLA Metric's state changes. Thanks to that you can precisely (and basing on other JIRA Jira events) define when a given action is supposed to be performed.

titleHow to add SLA Behaviours.?

Adding SLA Behaviours

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Jira Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcutg + g + start typing sla behavioursbehaviour
  2. Click the Add SLA Behaviour button.
  3. Fill in in the Name and Description fields.
  4. Add actions that respond to JIRA Jira Issue Events (Read more) using the Add Action button.
  5. Click the Create button at the bottom.
  6. Created Actions for a specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:

Editing/ Deleting SLA Behaviours

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Jira Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.

  2. Click the Edit button in the Options section.

Deleting SLA Bahaviours

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Jira Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.

  2. Click the Delete button in the Options section.
  3. Confirm with the Delete button.
