Notification Provider specifies the method of informing users about their SLA. It may be defined as a communication channel.

You can set up the Notification Provider using four different options:
It is a standard mail provider which sends messages on a given email address about any changes regarding SLASLAs. By clicking the Add button the right-hand side of the initial page, you start to create your Mail Notification Provider.
Slack
In order to be a member of an existing Slack workspace, you will have to join one first. In this notification provider, everything happens on a workspace which is a group of people using Slack together.
Enter your workspace’s Slack URL.
Sms
In order to configure your Twillio, you have to register on the Twillio website and then check in the console option what is your aacount sid and token. This information is necessary to create your twillo notification provider.
Hipchat
Fully integrated with Jira services – integration across your projects, issues and SLAs to your notifications.
Acts similarly to Slack: you have to start or join a group and specify to which room the message should be sent. The authorization is based on your room id.
