Editing an Announcement
Click the Feed tab in the Top Menu and select from the list: Manage feeds.
Next, you can see the Feeds and Announcement list.
Choose a an Announcement you want to edit and click on the 
pencil pencil icon.
You will see the same functions which were when you create a an Announcement.
