Aplikacja pobiera attachementy z wybranego przez Administratora issue.
Attachementy można dodać zarówno przed, jak i po stworzeniu announcementów, które dotyczyć mają wybranego issue.
The application downloads attachements from the selected by the Administrator issue.
Attachments can be added before and after the creation of announcements, which concern the chosen issue.
