Locate & install Issue Links Viewer via "search the marketplace" field - please note that its Vendor is CoreSoft Labs.

After installation, the app is already visible on the main bar.
Click at it and you will see a simple interface.
Choose a project which you want to analyze. All dependencies will be shown below.
