  1. Go to the Project settings page → Workflows → Actions → click Edit.
  2. Go to post functions section on the selected transition → click Add post function.
  3. Locate Trigger SLA Action post function by SLA PowerBox → Add.
    1. Fill in the Trigger name.
    2. Select SLA metric for which the state will be updated.
    3. Select SLA Action: Start, Pause, Resume, Cancel, Finish, Restart. 
    4. Click Add. 
  4. Publish the updated workflow.



(tick) Once the changes are published, SLA state of the specified metric will change at the chosen transition. All changes are recorded in the SLA History tab on the Issue view page. 

     SLA Actions triggered by the post function are marked with a specific sign:
