SLA PowerBox Average Statistics gadget allows viewing finished SLAs statistics such as Finished SLA on time, Finished breached SLA, Total average finish time for on time, Total average finish time for breached and Total average finish time. |
Add a gadget
- Log in to your Jira account.
- Navigate to the needed dashboard → click "Add Gadget" button at the top right corner of the page.
- Search for SLA PowerBox Average Statistics Gadget → click "Add".
- Fill in all the necessary fields and click Save.
Gadget configuration
- Project or Saved Filter - allows selecting a pre-saved filter or the whole project.
- SLA Metric Field - the metric to track.
- Field to aggregate by - field to be placed on Y-axis. You can pick fields like Assignee, Components, Priority, Issue Type etc.
- Date Range - date range that will be taken into account. You can choose Current week, Previous week, Current month, Previous month. Custom date ranges can be selected as well.
- Aggregation - allows to select between aggregation by issue count or by average finish times.
- Sorting is possible by field values or the bar length.
- Sort order - allows selecting Ascending or Descending sorting order.
- Refresh Interval - the time interval for the gadget's data update. Available options are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. Select "Never" to disable the automatic update.
