Secure Fields Issue Statistics displays issues based on Jira or Secure Fields filter broken down by a field. Issues can be grouped by secure fields such as Secure User, Secure Group and Secure List. |
Add a gadget
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators' global permission.
- Navigate to the dashboard → click Edit → Add Gadget.
- Search for Secure Fields Issue Statistics→ click Add.
- Fill in all the necessary fields and click Submit.
Gadget view and configuration
- Project - select a project to use for the chart.
Jira filter - select a pre-saved Jira filter to narrow the search. This is an optional field.
Info Please note that JQL filtering may extend the time of loading.
- Secure fields filter - select the pre-saved Secure Fields filter to narrow the results. Filling this field is optional.
- Statistic type - choose on which Secure field to base the statistics.
- Number of results - number of results to be displayed per page. Limit - 50.
- Sort by - set a sorting order. Available orders are Natural and Total.
- Sort direction - select Ascending or Descending sorting direction.
- Show resolved issue statistics - select Yes or No to include or exclude resolved issues in the statistics.
- Maximum number of issues - maximum number of issues that can be displayed by the gadget. Limit - 10 000.
