Configuring MS Teams Connector
Locate the desired MS Channel and click More options (horizontal three dots).
Select Connectors from the menu.
Locate Incoming Webhook connector → press Configure.
Fill in the name and upload an image (optional) → Create.
Copy to clipboard Connection URL in order to paste it during Provider configuration.

Adding MS Teams Provider
Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.
Navigate to Admin menu → Manage apps. Select SLA PowerBox → Notification Providers to open the SLA Notification Providers page.
Tip: Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing notification providers...Click the Add Provider button.
Select MS Teams Channel → Next.
Fill in Provider Name and optional Description.
Paste URL to MS Teams Connector into Connector field.
Confirm your choice with the Create button.
Test Connector - You can test MS Teams Connector and check if the notifications are sent properly by clicking this button.
