Please note that Calendar 'Calendars' is a separate add-on installed with SLA PowerBox. If you own some more of the other add-ons from CoreSoft Labs Almarise, you can reuse calendars across them (e.g. when you install both SLA PowerBox and PULSE -  a Monitoring Tool for JIRA).Jira).

1. Jira Administrators global permission.
   Choose  Image Modified> Add-ons. Select Calendars to open the created calendars page.
    Tip:

1. Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing calendars.

1. Click the Add Calendar button.
2. Fill in the Name and Description fields.

1. Set Working days and hours and make other necessary changes. 
    Use the tabs to

1. determine working hours precisely: choose standard working hours, days off

1. ,  special support schemes and holiday schemes if needed.

1. Create button to confirm.

Editing a Calendar

1. Log in as a user with the 

1. Jira Administrators global permission.
   Choose  Image Modified > Add-ons. Select Calendars to open the Created calendars page.
    Tip:

1. Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing calendars.
2. Select a desired calendar and click the Edit button in the Options section.
3. Edit parameters and confirm with

1. the Save button.

Deleting a Calendar

1. Log in as a user with the 

1. Jira Administrators global permission.
   Choose Image Modified> Add-ons. Select SLA Calendars to open Created calendars page.
    Tip:

1. Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing calendars.
2. Select a desired calendar and

1. click the Delete button in the Options section.
2. Confirm with the Delete button.
