For some combination of language/locale of web browser and JIRA sometimes occurs problem with number formatting. F.e. wrong number of commas or possibility to write letters in number field.
By default number formatting is disabled and Secure Number - number formatting
The Number formatting for Secure Number behaves like a standard JIRA number custom field. If you enable formatting and Although, there is a possibility to enable the Secure Fields formatting.
