Create a Work Plan

  1. Navigate to the top panel menu → Apptime → Work Plans.
  2. Click "Add work plan" button at the top right-hand corner of the page. 
  3. Select a project or an issue for which the Plan will be created. 
  4. Define a time range.
  5. Fill in the name for the Plan.
  6. Enter a planned time of work and predefine whether it will be time per day or time in total. 
  7. Click "Save work plan".

Work Plan can also be created from the issue view page:

  1. Navigate to the AppTime tab → Log Work→ Plan Work.
  2. Select a project or an issue for which the Plan will be created. 
  3. Define a time range.
  4. Fill in the name for the Plan.
  5. Enter a planned time of work and predefine whether it will be time per day or time in total. 
  6. Click "Save work plan".

Edit a Work Plan

  1. Navigate to the top panel menu → Apptime → Work Plans.
  2. Locate the Plan you wish to modify and click on three horizontal dots in Actions section → Edit plan.
  3. Make necessary adjustments → Save work plan. 

Work Plans List

You can view all your created Work Plans by going to the top menu → Apptime → Work Plans.

By default, only current Plans are shown on the page. Check "Include achieved" box if you wish to display past Plans.

The following columns can be added to the table: Archived, ID, Name, Issue or project, Worker,  Work In total, Work spent, Accuracy, Start Date, End Date, Work per day and Owner.

Archive a Work Plan

  1. Navigate to the top panel menu → Apptime → Work Plans.
  2. Locate the Plan you wish to archive and click on three horizontal dots in Actions section → Archive → Confirm.

Delete a Work Plan

  1. Navigate to the top panel menu → Apptime → Work Plans.
  2. Locate the Plan you wish to delete and click on three horizontal dots in Actions section → Remove plan → Confirm.
