Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.
Navigate to Admin menu → Manage apps. Select SLA PowerBox → Notification Schemes to open the SLA Notification Schemes page.
Tip: Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing notification schemes ...Select Notifications in the Operations section.
Enter a Name for the notification and a short Description (optional).
Select an SLA status type from the list. The available types are listed and described in the SLA Status Types section on this page.

Standard types connected with the SLA status:
SLA Breached means exceeding the time defined in SLA Goals. When the SLA is breached the SLA field turns red. SLA remaining time and SLA remaining time in percent refer to the remaining time in a specific issue. When the time or any settings change the notification is sent. |

Select Recipients from the list. Each notification in a scheme can be sent to one or more recipients.
Confirm your choice with the Add Recipient button.
