  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Navigate to Admin menu → Apps → AppTime custom attributes → Add attribute.

  3. Fill in the name and select an attribute type. For the List attribute type: add the options and determine whether to allow selecting multiple entries.

  4. Click Save attribute to confirm.

Edit an attribute

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Navigate to Admin menu → Apps → AppTime custom attributes.

  3. Locate needed attribute → Actions → Edit attribute.

  4. Make the necessary changes → Save attribute.
