Searching SLA Metric Attribute Text Field
SLA Metric State
SLA Metric State attribute supports the following searching operators: =, !=, in, not in. Valid operands are the SLA Metric States: Not started, Active, On hold, Finished, Exceeded, or Cancelled (case-insensitive).
SLA Metric Times
Valid operators: >, >=, =, !=, <=, <, is, is not. Valid operands are time expressions and plain numbers (interpreted as seconds).
SLA Metric Date time values
Valid operators: >, >=, =, !=, <=, <, is, is not. Valid operands - plain numbers (interpreted as Epoch timestamp in milliseconds).
