SLA History is a new tab in tab in the Activity section in the view issue screen (marked in red on the screenshot) added by the SLA PowerBox - On Time Service Deliveryplugin.
The tab . SLA History shows detailed log information to track when SLA Metric was has been started, paused and/or resumed. SLA History is available in the text and graphic forms.
