One of the additional options is to add attachments to announcements, which will then be automatically downloaded available to download by users when they read selected the given announcement.
What can be an attachment?
Attachment Attachments can be any file in with any extension.
You can add more than 1 attachment.
However, all attachements together multiple attachments. However, all attachments combined can't exceed 200 MB.
How to add an attachment to an Announcement?
a) Simple text
During When creating the announcement (the last step), click "Add AttachementSave & add files".
The following screen appears:
Files can be placed by clicking the upload "Upload a file" button and then selecting the file files or by "Drag & Drop" by placing dragging and dropping the file in the "Drop file here" area.
b) Single Announcement
The application downloads attachements attachments from the selected by the Administrator issueissue.
Attachments can be added before and after the creation of announcements, which concern the chosen issue.
