How Does it Work?
PULSE - Monitoring Tool for JIRA plugin checks your status of network services at selected interval automatically. You can monitor status of services (using protocols such as HTTP(S), FTP, ICMP, IMAP(S), POP3, SMTP(S), SNMP, SSH) on a single page. If a service failure (or degraded performance) is detected you will be notified with a JIRA issue as well as you can see it on reports and gadgets.
