SLA Configuration defines SLA METRIC fields behaviour in response to JIRA Issue Events.

 

Adding SLA Configuration

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configurations to open the SLA Configurations page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcutg + g + start typing sla configurations
  2. Click the Add SLA Configurations button.
  3. Fill in Name and Description fields
  4. Add actions (Read more) that respond to JIRA Issue Events
  5. Click Create button
  6. Created Actions for specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:

Viewing/Editing SLA Configurations

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configurations to open the SLA Configurations page.

  2. Click Edit button in the Options section.

Deleting SLA Configuration

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configurations to open the SLA Configurations page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcutg + g + start typing sla configurations
  2. Click Delete button in the Options section.
  3. Confirm deleting.
