SLA Behaviours define SLA PowerBox Metric fields' behaviour in response to JIRA issue events.

SLA PowerBox Metric's state is dependent on JIRA issue events. Use SLA Behaviours to set JIRA issue events triggering specific SLA PowerBox Metric's state changes. Thanks to that you can precisely (and basing on other JIRA events) define when a given action is supposed to be performed.

Adding SLA Behaviours

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configurations to open the SLA Configurations page.

  2. Click the Add SLA Configurations button.
  3. Fill in Name and Description fields.
  4. Add actions (Read more) that respond to JIRA Issue Events.
  5. Click Create button.
  6. Created Actions for specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:

Viewing/Editing SLA Configurations

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configuration to open the SLA Configuration page.

  2. Click Edit button in the Options section.

Deleting SLA Configuration

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Configuration to open the SLA Configuration page.

  2. Click Delete button in the Options section.
  3. Confirm the delete.
