Apart from a dedicated measurement time , every SLA Goal has its own KPI tracker.

KPI tracker shows:

  • Active to hold ratio, 
  • Number of restarts,
  • Time in on hold,
  • Number of breaches,
  • Time in goal,
  • SLA Calendar assigned to the SLA Goal.
