Portal user - A user who has access to Idea Portal.
Portal moderator - A user who manages the Idea Portal, working in Jira and the Idea Portal itself. Requires Ideation moderators role.
Assessment committee - A group of people inside the organization responsible for project development (key stakeholders / the product team ). Requires Browse Projects permission.
