Introduction

This post function updates the issue security level to a given value or resets its to default. It can easily be combined with the "Condition based post function" or "Validator based post function"  in order to update the security level based on user or issue attributes.

Post function parameters

 This post function takes the following parameters:

• Reset to default - if selected, it resets the issue security level to default value for the selected issue security scheme.
  
• Select security level - a list of all available security levels in all schemes. You can choose one. Remember that the security level is matched by its name, so it will still work even if you switch issue security schemes (if the security level name matches).
  
• Update strategy - defines a post function behaviour on an empty/not empty security level field.
