Manage staff menu allows to assign Workload and Holiday schemes to the company employees.

New users will be automatically assigned to the Default Workload and Holiday schemes. 

You can view all users or filter by Active / Inactive. Further filtering of displayed staff is possible based on Work / Holiday schemes or Users / User groups.

Assigning a scheme 

Assign a scheme to a single user:

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Select AppTime → Timesheets in Jira's top navigation bar.
  3. From the sidebar menu, go to Settings → Manage staff → click "Assign Scheme" button at the top right-hand corner of the page. 
  4. Select a user and define a date from which the assigned scheme will be valid.
  5. Select the respective Workload and Holiday schemes from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Save&Close button to confirm.

To edit or remove a scheme assigned to a particular user:

  1. Select the user by checking the box near the Name column.
  2. Click on the three horizontal dots in the Actions section → Edit / Remove. 

Assign a scheme to multiple users:

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Select AppTime → Timesheets in Jira's top navigation bar.
  3. From the sidebar menu, go to Settings → Manage staff.
  4. Select the needed users by checking the box near the Name column. You can use filtering for quicker navigation.
  5. After the desired users are selected, 'Assign Scheme' button will change into 'More actions' drop-down.
  6. Use "Add scheme to selected" button to assign a scheme to the indicated users.
  7. To change Workload and Holiday schemes, press "Move to workload scheme" or  "Move to holiday scheme".
  8.  To remove schemes that are assigned to selected users, click "Remove scheme from selected".
