If one of the comments resolves the issue shared in a post, moderator or author can mark that comment as a resolution of the post. The comment will be highlighted in order to flag user’s attention.
Mark comment as a resolution
Go to the portal and locate needed post.
Select the comment that provides an acceptable answer.
Click on Mark as post resolve button.
Unmark comment
Go to the portal and find needed post.
Locate the comment.
Click on Remove post resolve button.
