View or edit Idea workflow:
Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.
Navigate to Admin menu → Projects and search for the desired project.
At Project settings section locate the Workflows tab.
Locate separated workflow for Idea issue type.
Idea Workflow Statuses
It is not recommended to change the default workflow. All manually added statuses will be interpreted as PUBLISHED.
