On Portal main page you can view all projects for which Ideation Portal is enabled. To access a particular project from the main page, simply click on its title or press the View Portal button.
Portal Search
To start searching through the Ideation Portal click the Search icon at the sidebar menu.
Use the searching field to type in the word or phrase you want to search for.
The following filters are available:
Portal - use to view ideas from a particular project(s).
Created - display ideas that were added in a particular time frame.
Minimal vote score - view ideas that were voted up / down.
Status - ideas that are in a particular status(es).
Tag - view ideas with the desired tag added.
My ideas - display ideas created/voted/commented by the current user.
To access an idea from the search page, click on its title.
Switching theme
There are two themes available at the Idea Portal. To switch, click on 
icon at the bottom of the page.
Current user profile
To view current user personal data click the Profile icon at the bottom of the page. The following information will be displayed:
Avatar
User’s Login
Display Name
Email
Position
You can change the avatar by putting the mouse cursor over the image and clicking Edit. Drag and drop the image or click Upload photo, press Save.
To modify personal data click the Edit button. To confirm changes click Save.
You can make private your Login, Email and Position, for this click sign at the right side of the respective field.
To set a new password click the Change Password button. Type your current password, enter a new one, confirm a new password and press Save.
Project View
Portal view screen displays ideas grouped into different sections according to Portal Configuration. To access all ideas in a particular section click on three dots at the bottom.
Colors configuration
Click on button to configure the color scheme and welcome message for Idea Portal.
