SLA PowerBox Average On Hold Time gadget allows viewing statistics of the average time SLA metric was paused. This gadget takes into account finished SLAs.
Add a gadget
- Log in to your Jira account.
- Navigate to the needed dashboard → click "Add Gadget" button at the top right corner of the page.
- Search for SLA PowerBox Average On Hold Time Gadget → click "Add".
- Fill in all the necessary fields and click Save.
Gadget configuration
- Project or Saved Filter - allows selecting a pre-saved filter or the whole project.
- SLA Metric Field - the metric to track.
- Aggregation Type: JQL (swimlanes) or Custom field.
- Field to aggregate by (if Custom field selected as Aggregation type) - field to be placed on Y-axis. You can pick fields like Assignee, Components, Priority, Issue Type etc.
- Date Range - date range that will be taken into account. You can choose Current week, Previous week, Current month, Previous month. Custom date ranges can be selected as well.
- All finished issues toggle - allows to select whether to display all the finished issues or only issues with On Hold time.
- Sorting is possible by field values or the bar length.
- Sort order - allows selecting Ascending or Descending sorting order.
- Refresh Interval - the time interval for the gadget's data update. Available options are 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours. Select "Never" to disable the automatic update.
