Configuring MS Teams Connector

  1. Locate the desired MS Channel and click More options (horizontal three dots).

  2. Select Connectors from the menu.

  3. Locate Incoming Webhook connector → press Configure.

  4. Fill in the name and upload an image (optional) → Create.

  5. Copy to clipboard Connection URL in order to paste it during Provider configuration.

You can view all configured Connectors for MS Channel by going to More options → Connectors → MANAGE → Configured.

Adding MS Teams Provider

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Navigate to Admin menu →  Manage apps. Select SLA PowerBox → Notification Providers to open the SLA Notification Providers page.

  3. Click the Add Provider button.  

  4. Select MS Teams Channel → Next.

  5. Fill in Provider Name and optional Description.

  6. Paste URL to MS Teams Connector into Connector field.

  7. Confirm your choice with the Create button.  

Test Connector - You can test MS Teams Connector and check if the notifications are sent properly by clicking this button.
