View the worklog report

Depending on granted permissions, a user can view her/his own or other users' Timesheets on the Customer Portal.

  1. Login to your Customer Portal.

  2. Click on Worklog report button at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select My requests or All requests to view the relevant Timesheet.

  4. Define a needed time range.

Log work on the issue

  1. Login to your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the desired issue.

  3. On the right-side panel click the Worklogs button → Log Work.

  4. Fill the Date, Amount of time spent and Description of work (optional) fields.

  5. Confirm by clicking LOG TIME.

Edit the Timesheet

  1. Login to your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the desired issue.

  3. On the right-side panel click the Worklogs button.

  4. Locate the needed Timesheet and press three vertical dots under the Actions section → Edit.

  5. Make the necessary adjustments and confirm by clicking Log Time.

Delete the Timesheet

  1. Login to your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the desired issue.

  3. On the right-side panel click the Worklogs button.

  4. Locate the needed Timesheet and press three vertical dots under the Actions section → Delete → Confirm.
