Internal users (users who have access to the company’s Jira instance) can access Idea in the Portal directly from the Idea issue:
Navigate to the Idea Portal tab at the right-hand corner.
Click on Check this Idea in Portal link.
Users will be redirected to Idea’s page in the Portal.
