Secure Fields Filter Results displays the results returned by Jira or Secure Fields filter. Displayed columns are configurable and include all secure field types.

Add a gadget

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators' global permission.

  2. Navigate to the dashboard → click Edit → Add Gadget.
  3. Search for Secure Fields Filter Results → click Add.
  4. Fill in all the necessary fields and click Submit.


Gadget view and configuration

  1. Project - select a project to use for the chart.

  2. Jira filter - select a pre-saved Jira filter to narrow the search. This is an optional field. 

    Please note that JQL filtering may extend the time of loading.

  3. Secure fields filter - select the pre-saved Secure Fields filter to narrow the results. Filling this field is optional. 
  4. Number of results - number of results to be displayed per page. Limit - 50.
  5. Columns to display - columns which will be displayed in the filter. E.g. issue key or summary, secure fields can be added as well.
