All Secure Fields types can be utilized in Jira Service Management projects and on Customer Portal. 

Make sure to grant "Set field value on Create issue screen" and "View Field Value" permissions to allow adding values to secure fields during ticket creation on Customer Portal.

Secure fields' values can't be edited from Customer Portal once the ticket is submitted.

Secure values can be viewed by the customer after the ticket is created.
