SLA History is a tab in the Activity section in the view issue screen added by the SLA PowerBox app.
The tab shows comprehensive log information to monitor the start, pause, and/or resumption of the SLA Metric as well as SLA Goal changes.
SLA History is available in table and chart forms.
You can view the history of each individual Metric separately or display all of them simultaneously.
