Does SLA PowerBox work with Jira Core, Jira Software and Jira Service Management?

Yes. It doesn't matter which of the Jira applications you have. It's possible to add SLA management to any Jira application. If you host multiple applications within one instance, you can add SLAs to any project regardless of its type (Business, Software or Service Management).

How does SLA PowerBox work?

SLA Powerbox plugin adds a new custom field type  - SLA Metric - that measures the time dedicated to a specific issue. The real power of the SLA PowerBox plugin lies in the fact that the administrator can fully manage the configuration of the field adapting it to business needs - set the total time, start time and end time as well as set triggers that will stop or resume the timer. And all that is delivered in a clear graphic form.

How to backup SLA PowerBox?

The SLA PowerBox plugin is backed up automatically with Jira. Restoring it is as simple as restoring the Jira backup.

Can SLA PowerBox block the view of Jira queues?

It can happen in case if there are 2 SLA metrics with identical names. e.g. Time to resolution or Time to first response.
