Introduction
It's a post function that allows you to add comments with a predefined text. The comment visibility can be set (all Jira groups and roles are available).
A comment will be added even if the user enters his own transition comment. In that case two comments will be added.

Post function parameters
This post function takes the following parameters:
- Comment - the text of the comment
- Restrictions - a list of groups and roles allowed to view the comment.
