You must have the JIRA System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.
Install
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Click the admin drop-down and choose Manage apps.
Tip: Use a Keyboard Shortcut instead: g then g and start typing manage...If your JIRA server is connected to the Internet, you can click Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page and locate Workflow PowerBox via search.
Otherwise, please download Workflow PowerBox directly from the marketplace to your computer and click Upload plugin from the right-hand side on the Manage apps page.Click Free trial to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Workflow PowerBox.
Enter your information and click Generate License when redirected to My Atlassian.
Click Apply License.
Update
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Click the admin drop-down and choose Manage apps.
Locate Workflow PowerBox app.
Click the Update button.
Disable
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Click the admin drop-down and choose Manage apps.
Locate Workflow PowerBox app.
Click the Disable button.
Uninstall
Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Click the admin drop-down and choose Manage apps.
Locate Workflow PowerBox app.
Click the Uninstall button.
Upgrade JIRA version
If you are upgrading your version of JIRA, your current version of Workflow PowerBox may not be compatible with the new JIRA version. In this case, follow these steps:
Uninstall Workflow PowerBox as described above.
Upgrade your JIRA version.
Install a new compatible version of the plugin.
