SLA Calendar defines work days for SLA METRIC time calculation.
Each SLA Goal can use multiple calendars in accordance to buissnes needs.
Creating SLA Calendar
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose
> Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Calendars to open the SLA Calendars page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla calendars - Click Create button.
- Fill in Name and Description Field
- Select time zone from the drop down list
- Set work days and hours Use the tabs to precisely determine working hours: choose standard working hours, days off and special working hours
- Click Create button to confirm.
