SLA Agreement is a container that collects parameters such as SLA Metric, SLA Configuration and SLA Goals.\

Adding SLA Agreements

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > IssuesAdd-ons. Select Fields > Custom Fields SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the Custom Fields SLA Agreements page.

  2. Click the Add Custom Field button. Dialog displays the Standard choices for custom fields by default. Click on the Advanced option in the left navigation to search for SLA PowerBox Metric.Select cSLA PowerBox Metric by clicking on it and confirm your choice with Next buttonSLA Agreement button.
  3. Fill in Name, Description fields, select SLA METRIC, SLA Configuration, SLA Goal
