SLA Agreement is a container that collects parameters such as SLA Metric, SLA Configuration and SLA Goals.\

Adding SLA Agreements

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Issues. Select Fields > Custom Fields to open the Custom Fields page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing custom fields
  2. Click the Add Custom Field button. Dialog displays the Standard choices for custom fields by default. Click on the Advanced option in the left navigation to search for SLA PowerBox Metric.
  3. Select cSLA PowerBox Metric by clicking on it and confirm your choice with Next button
