- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose
> Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements. - Click the Add SLA Agreement button.
- Fill in Name, and Description fields, select SLA PowerBox Metric, SLA Configuration, SLA Goal. Click Create.
Selecting SLA PowerBox Metric, SLA configuration and SLA Goal is required. If they are not defined a message will appear as shown below:
